** All deposits will be applied to balance of contract.
** Web sites will not become "live" until completion agreement.
** During a two week grace period, changes can be made at no charge.
** Any major redesigns, or corrections after the two weeks are billable.
** Any requested work not listed as part of the web site design is billable.
** All billable hours are set at the rate of $40/hour.

The pricing guideline above is to give a general idea of our web design fees. Depending on your specific needs the cost may vary, but ultimately the price we quote is the price you pay. Any additional work not specified in the contract is subject to charge. We work quickly and efficiently with little overhead costs to keep prices low, while keeping the quality of the sites we create high. All websites are custom-designed with your vision in mind. We do not use templates purchased from elsewhere unless specifically requested. In those cases, our fee is charged at our hourly rate of $40.00 an hour to customize the template for your needs.
Contract & Retainer
A signed and dated contract must be on file before any web design services are rendered. A fifty percent (50%) retainer is required for all website orders, which covers the concept, design/layout and development of the website. The remaining balance is due upon completion and publishing of the final draft.

Pricing is not limited to these packages. For a customized website, options may include paying by the hour ($40.00), or by the job. If within 30 days, you would like to update your website, all paid fees would be included in the new site design.
Special Requests
Any feature not specified on this website, will be taken into consideration and shall be priced at the sole discretion of the designer.
